Big Double Room in Top Floor Flat, East Village

King Size bed, modern fittings, plenty space

I’m looking for someone to replace me in my amazing East Village 9th floor (top) at the start of October.

The room is a lovely space, with a king size bed, plenty of storage, a great view for miles and loads of natural daylight.

My flatmates, are both really friendly; Mike (30) is a graphic designer who you will share a bathroom with. Vihaan (28) is an architect. We all get on really well so like to hang out in the evenings but also have our own lives so it’s a great balance!

The flat has a great kitchen and lounge with a terrific balcony too, as it gets sunshine from about 11 till sunset. The room shares a bathroom with just one other person, Mike, who is super clean and tidy. We are top floor which is great as there is no one above, whilst we are also the corner flat which means we have windows bringing in light on 3 sides!

The flat is just a 10 minute walk from Stratford station and even less to Stratford International so it’s very well connected, with the Elizabeth Line, Central Line, Overground & direct trains to St Pancras & Liverpool Street.

East Village itself is a really amazing area with loads of green space & lots going on. If you’re into sport there are so many great facilities nearby given that it’s the Olympic Park, whilst if you want to grab a drink or food in the sun Hackney Wick is just a 15/20 minute walk away too!

The perfect move-in date would be the weekend of 3/4th October.
