About the room/flat:
Bright, spacious en-suite room with space for a desk if needed. It comes furnished with a king bed with under bed storage, two bedside tables, dresser and built in wardrobe. En-suite with rain shower and plenty of storage.

Shared open plan living room and kitchen space that opens up to a large terrace. Flat has a washer/dryer combo.

About the area:
East Village in Stratford - excellent connections via Central, Elizabeth, Jubilee, DLR, Overground and trains. Just a few minutes from Westfield, plus gyms, local cafes, restaurants and pubs and the Olympic Park. Quiet and safe area.

About us:
You’ll be living with two female professions in their early 30s, Elin and Jowita. We both work three days in the office, two from home. We each value our own private space but also like to be social and watch some tv or grab a drink together. We are clean and organised and want a flat that is a home and friendly space.

About you:
Around the same age as us, ideally full time working in the office or hybrid. You are clean and respectful of others, easygoing, and looking for a friendly home.

Landlord and rent:
Landlord is Get Living, they are quick with maintenance and easy landlord to deal with. Rent is due a slight increase, however we are waiting for confirmation on what this is. Currently there’s a deposit as well.
