THE ROOMS

Room 2: Comfortable double room with storage and WFH corner.

THE FLAT

This is a three bed apartment with communal kitchen/living area and a large balcony. The kitchen is fully furnished with utensils/cutlery etc as well as a microwave.

The landlord is Get Living who are very responsive and have an office a 2 min walk away.

THE FLATMATES

You'd be joining Arturo (29) who is a friendly professional into trail-running :) The vibe of the flat is chilled and respectful.

BILLS

Bills are an additional £123 per month. The Council Tax band is D.

THE AREA

The apartment is located in the East Village near many great cafes, restaurants and pubs. There's lots of green space within the Village and nearby (Victoria Park and Hackney Marshes) as well as world class sports facilities (the London Aquatics Centre, The Velodrome) and several gyms. The area is quiet and night and very safe (24 hour security).

TRAVEL

The flat is located about 5 mins walk from Stratford International and 12 mins walk from Stratford Station, so connections with the rest of London and the UK are fantastic. Also very easy connections to all London airports.
