Two large double rooms available from late October in a bright 4-bed apartment in East Village, right by the Olympic Park.

The flat has a big shared living room, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, washing machine and tumble dryer, and huge windows throughout. The building has an on-site concierge and mail room, secure fob access and intercom, a gym (TheGym Group) on the ground floor, and two roof terraces with great views.

Both rooms are doubles with a double bed, large wardrobe and room for a desk. Bathroom shared between three.

Your flatmates would be two working professionals in their early 30s — relaxed, friendly and clean, up for post-work chats and the odd pub quiz, but not a party house. Looking for people who'd fit that. Male and female flatmates equally welcome.

Transport links are excellent — the DLR is a 3-minute walk, and Stratford station is about 10 minutes (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth Line, Overground, DLR and National Rail). Stratford International gets you to St Pancras in 7 minutes. Hackney Wick is a short walk and Victoria Park around 20 minutes. Coffee shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep, Westfield nearby.

Council tax and wifi are included in the rent. Water and electric work out around £100–125 each per month depending on the season.

Deposit is five weeks' rent (£1,351 or £1,408 depending on the room), held with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Get Living also offer Reposit as an alternative — a one-off non-refundable fee of around £271 instead of the full deposit, subject to passing referencing with HomeLet. That's what we're on, so none of us paid a five-week deposit. Standard credit and employment referencing applies.

I'm likely to be moving out myself in late November or early December to go travelling. If that happens I'll find a replacement for my room so the flat stays full and nobody's left short. All it would need from you is signing something confirming a shorter notice period for me, which the letting team have already said they can accommodate. Happy to talk it through at a viewing.
