We are 2 postgraduate students studying at LCF (MA) looking for 1 more student based who is ready to sign a rent ASAP and holds a valid Student Visa!
We will be joint-signing an entire 3-bedroom flat. We plan to use a UK guarantor service (HomeLet) and the guarantor fee will be split equally among the 3 of us.
*Note: Guarantor service fee is calculated based on monthly rent (+ VAT), which roughly equals 1 month’s rent in total.
