My friend and I have secured a beautiful 3-bed, 2-bath flat and we’re looking for our third flatmate

•Rent: £1,180/month
•Bills: ~£150/month maximum (will be less in warmer months)
•Deposit: £276
•Room: Large double bedroom - fully furnished
•Bathroom: shared with one flatmate
•Council tax band D

📍 About the flat & location:
The flat is in East Village, around a 10-min walk from Stratford Station, with Elizabeth, Central, Jubilee, DLR and National Rail - super easy to get around London (7min speed train to King’s Cross from; 16min Lizzy train to Bond St).

You’re also right by two huge parks, co-working spaces, Westfield mall, aquatics centre, lots of cafés, restaurants, bars, gyms and pilates studios. It’s a really safe, green and well-connected area.

Wifi is included in the rent. Optional extras: Parking and Storage pods are available for a fee.

👯‍♀️ About us:
G, 28 (marketing) and J, 23 (property tech). We’re both easygoing, fun, respectful and clean. We love movies, pilates, traveling, going to events and trying out new activities. We’d really love our third housemate to become our friend too.

🔎 We’re looking for a girl who is:
* 23-29yo and working professional (minimum 40k income)
* Clean and tidy (we’ll have an ongoing cleaning rota)
* Respectful of shared spaces
* Considerate of other people’s schedules, especially during the week
