👋 About us

Elizabeth, 34 – analyst, originally from the North West and have lived in London for 13+ years. Love travelling, music, a good glass of rosé and watching sport & trash TV!

Lisa, 36 - works in finance and loves CrossFit, cooking and travelling.

We’re friendly, sociable and chilled, but also respect each other’s space. We’d love someone who has their own life and friends but is also up for being friendly with us – having a chat in the kitchen, watching TV together, grabbing a drink/dinner occasionally etc!

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate and will treat the flat as their home. It’s not a party flat, but we’re definitely not looking for someone who just wants to hide in their room either! Ideally someone looking to stay for 12 months minimum.

Bills approx. £110–£140 pcm, including electricity, water, council tax, Sky TV & 1GB internet.

Possibility of No deposit contract - subject to referencing
