Location
The flat is approximately 3 minutes' walk from Stratford International, and 8 minutes from Stratford's main station, including the Elizabeth line. The area is quiet and safe. I'm often out for walks around the well lit village at night. Sainsbury's is right opposite our building. The gym is above that. You also have the Olympic aquatic centre, velodrome and tennis centre all within 10 minute walk. Always looking for someone to play tennis with (I'm an absolute beginner).

Rent & bills

£1,100 per month
Bills approximately £100 per month
Occasionally, we have enquiries from businesses to rent the flat for a few hours during the day for photoshoots, interviews etc, so where it's convenient, we can share the extra income. An 8hr rental gets us £500 after fees.

Flatmates
I’m active and sociable, but I also like having a relaxed and tidy home. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy-going. Someone who also wants a nice place to live rather than simply a room to sleep in. If you can keep plants alive, that's a bonus!
