Looking for flatmates for an amazing modern flat near the Olympic Park, with 3 rooms available. It's a 15 min walk to Hackney Wick and Stratford, right next to the park, and part of a lovely community full of green space and little coffee shops. Everything inside is brand new, and there's a huge balcony to enjoy. Looking for friendly people to make it feel like home!

3 double modern bedrooms available, move-in end of November / beginning of December

balcony, everything brand new inside. Bills are around £50
• Huge living room, dining room and 2 bathrooms so you would only share the bathroom with one more person
• No deposit — trusted agency I've already rented through, so I know the process well

• Aged 20–30, friendly and sociable, up for creating a homely atmosphere where we hang out together. Happy to occasionally host dinners with friends now and then. Prioritising a girls' flat, LGBTQ friendly but open to everyone
• Must be full-time employed, must already live in London and be fine with the end Nov / early Dec move-in
