My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take over starting ideally October 9, but the move in date can be flexible starting from that.

The flat is in a modern block in East Village, the former living quarters of the 2012 Olympics. It's right in the heart of many parks, a river, and has little traffic. It's a quick 5 minute walk to Stratford International, with frequent speed trains to St. Pancras - simply 1 station to take and 15 minutes to King's Cross.
