About us:
You’ll be sharing with myself Brooke a 25 yr old product designer and Helen a 21 yr old civil servant. We are a chilled household who are looking for someone of similar age and interests to join us ideally someone who wants somewhere more than just a place to live !
The balcony in the flat has also recently been renovated
We are also looking for a long term Tennant in full time employment ( landlord will need refrence / salary checks)
Rent is 1100pcm and bills work out roughly an extra 100 per month
