Looking for someone to take over my double room in a lovely 3-bed, 2-bath flat in East Village!
The flat 🏠
The flat is managed by Get Living and is really well kept, with air conditioning! East Village is a great area to live in, with excellent transport links, shops, cafés and restaurants nearby.
The flatmates 👭
You’ll be sharing with two friendly girls, both working professionals. One from Germany working in tech and one from Hong Kong working in insurance. You’ll share the bathroom with the Hong Kong flatmate.
Both flatmates travel quite often, so the flat is generally pretty quiet — perfect if you enjoy having a peaceful space to unwind after work!
A Little About Living Here ✨
We keep the flat clean and tidy, with everyone taking turns to clean on a rotating basis. We’re looking for someone who’s considerate, clean and happy to do their part in keeping the flat a nice place for everyone to live in.
This also includes helping to manage the shared electricity account and settling your share of the bills monthly.
The details 💷
* Deposit: £1,332.60
* Bills: Around £120–150/month
* Move-in: Flexible, ideally between 5–14 December
* Ideally looking for someone who can stay until the end of 2027
If you’re looking for a well-maintained home with considerate professional flatmates and value a clean, harmonious living environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Drop me a message if you’re interested, and I’d be happy to share more details and arrange a viewing.
