It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers, sharing a large bathroom with one person.

We are looking for a female in their 30s, who is equally laidback, clean, and fun. We like to socialise with each other and make the flat feel welcoming and homely but also respect each other's space!

LGBTQ+ friendly. You must be a working professional. No couples or pets please.

The Flat: modern and spacious with a huge balcony, and air conditioning in the living room (this is such a game changer in summer!).

👯‍♀️The girls: Katie (Hertfordshire, 32) and Sue (Ireland, 32) – both working professionals in Marketing and Comms. We have a hybrid working schedule, and love coming home to chill out, cook, and watch TV together to unwind. We’re super chill to live with and are looking for someone to fit our friendly flat vibe.

Location: East Village (ex-2012 Olympic Village) is a truly incredible place to live - totally pedestrianised with lots of bars, cafes, and restaurants! Many of our friends have relocated here due to loving it so much. All the below are within the range of a 5-15-minute walk:
