Sadly our flatmate is leaving, and we now have a double bedroom in a 3 bed, 2 bathoom, in our 7th floor flat available, in East Village, Stratford. The room comes furnished with a double bed, two beside tables, chest of draws, a generous wardrobe and courtyard view.

We’re looking for a fun, sociable and easy-going housemate who enjoys having a good time but also respects everyone’s space.

The flat has a modern open-plan kitchen and living room, plus a large winter garden with:

You’ll be sharing with one male and one female, aged 34 and 35, one working in advertising and the other in furniture.

Both are really friendly and sociable. We enjoy having a drink, dinner or hanging out together, but equally appreciate having our own space and a relaxed home environment.
