We have a double room available in our lovely 3 bed flat!

The room comes with a king size bed, good storage and has loads of natural light. You would share a bathroom with just one other person, Lucy, who keeps it clean and tidy.

The area has great transport links, with Stratford station a 10-minute walk away which has all tube lines and Stratford International is just 5 minutes away which has a high speed train to Kings Cross.

The move in date is fairly flexible between 1st December to 30th subject to you passing Get Livings referencing checks first. I can provide more details on this.

🙋🏻‍♀️ A little bit about us: we’re two 30 year old professionals (Lucy and Kate) who both work in the City and are usually in the office 3–4 days a week. We’re pretty sociable and like to make the most of London, whether that’s going for a run or Pilates, finding a good wine bar or trying somewhere new for dinner.

We’re looking for someone around our age who’s a fellow professional, clean and tidy, and up for being part of a sociable house. It would be great to find someone who wants a home that feels friendly and relaxed, rather than somewhere to crash between work and weekends.

Get Living who manage East Village will do referencing and income checks to ensure you can afford the rent split. These checks should be complete and cleared within 2/3 weeks (depending on how quickly you can provide details).

We’d like to keep this an all girls flat and unfortunately can’t have students due to Get Livings income checks, sorry!
