I’ve been fortunate to have lived in this beautiful room for the past three years, and only moving out due to leaving the country, otherwise would’ve gladly stayed.

This is a wonderful flat with a huge shared open plan living room / kitchen, and an adjacent winter garden. You'll be living with 1 female flatmate and 2 male flatmates all aged between 24-25.

Private En-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, basin and ample storage is included.

WiFi is included in the rent and all other bills (water, electricity, heating and council tax) come to approx £100-150 pm).

You would be right opposite the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, great for running, walks, cycling or even swimming in the Olympic pool. Just 7 minutes away is the Stratford International Station and Westfield Shopping centre, and you'll be around 15 minutes walk from Stratford Station (Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground, Elizabeth & National Rail lines).

There is some flexibility on dates, but am ideally looking for someone to move in on the afternoon of December 23rd.

Can do viewings most weekdays after 6:30pm or on weekends, and occasionally during the day on Monday or Friday - let me know what works for you.

Most basic furnishings are provided by GetLiving (bed, bedside cabinets etc) but can also discuss leaving my custom Ikea table and chair in the room which fit the side wall if preferred.
