Two rooms are available in this lovely house!

It’s a modern townhouse located in East Village. The location is very well connected, it’s a small walking distance from Hackney Wick and Stratford.

Bills are not included!

(No deposit necessary though)

It’s a very nice house, we’ve got floor heating, our own patio, living room and big kitchen. I honestly love it so much!

The property is managed by a company called GetLiving and they have some requirements to rent:

“The incoming occupant to demonstrate that their gross annual earnings is at least 30 times an equal rent share and they have a credit score of good or excellent. If they are unable to satisfy this requirement we may still be prepared to approve the transfer, but we might ask them to provide a guarantor”

Rent for all of us may always differ if they decide when we sign the contract but I wouldn’t expect it to be much than that 🤍🌿
