We are looking for a flatmate to share our beautiful apartment in East Village. The apartment itself is nearly new and has a fantastic private rooftop with views out to Canary Wharf.

Location: the flat is located next to Stratford Westfield. Waitrose, Aldi, Lidl, Sainsburies, M&S are all located in under a 10 minute walk. Stratford International (1 min walk - direct links to Kings Cross) and Stratford Underground (5 min walk).

Room: the room comes complete with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and....you will be sharing a bathroom (shower and bath combined) with one other (master bedroom has its ensuite).

Amenities: the flat is situated in the Olympic Village. The aquatic centre, hectares of walking tracks and open spaces are all a stones throw away. On-site parking is available at an additional cost.

About Us: Ryan is 24 year old finance graduate working in central London, new to London from North. Tom is a 30 year old media professional and originally from Sydney. Both outgoing.

It would be nice to not only have a flatmate, but someone we can also share the apartment with. We are both very easy to live with and hoping to find the same.
