📍 Hackney Wick, located in the Eastwick Sweetwater development right on the edge of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Just over 5mins walk from the Hackney Wick overground station, around 15mins to Stratford, and less than 15mins to Victoria Park.

🏡 Our flat is a spacious three bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a generous open plan living, kitchen, dining, and large outdoor terrace.

You will be sharing with three lovely kiwis: Gabriella (32) and Neil (33) are both architects and Jessie (29) is a university administrator.

🛏️ Double bedroom available, sharing a large bathroom with only one other person. The bedroom furniture is also available to buy from our current flatmate as a bundle for a good deal if you’re interested! Otherwise unfurnished.

👩‍💻Suitable for a young professional in their late 20s/early 30s like us, sorry no couples or students! Looking for a friendly person, up for hanging out - we’re often busy with our own plans, but enjoy a cold marg in the sun together or a spontaneous late night boogie, balanced with weekend park walks or chill days on the couch binging Schitt’s Creek!
