- Its 8mins walk to Hackney Wick station and 20mins walk to Stratford station. There’s also a bus stop 2mins away. 388 and 241 routes.
- There’s a tesco just 2 mins walk and Sainsbury 8 mins away.
- there are plenty of nice cafe’s around and two really cute matcha spots. It’s super close to Hackney bridge so really nice food and drink spots and a local market on weekends. And also have great gym and pilates studios just minutes away.

I am a designer and self employed, mostly wfh but I usually work in my room. I’ve been living in the house for 3+ yrs with 2 friends and I loved it. Both of them are moving away so this and also the other (ensuite) room will be available to let from Oct.
