1 month short term let with potential to renew

Beautiful room in a 3 bed flat with 2 bathrooms in Hackney Wick with the cutest maltipoo!

I’m going to be traveling for the holidays and looking to sublet my room for a month. There is potential to extend your stay month to month depending on if I will be coming back to London in January.

The building is a new build with an elevator, right by Olympic Park, canal, Hackney Wick overground station (6min walk), underground at Stratford (15min walk). Also has bike storage available. There’s a Tesco and Sainsbury’s close by, with lots of great restaurants, pubs, cafes, breweries and gyms!

The flat has in floor heating, large living room, communal kitchen with dishwasher, balcony, floor to ceiling windows, and washer/dryer.

The room has a comfy double bed, desk, office chair, small dresser and direct access to the balcony. You will be sharing the bathroom with one of the flatmates.

The flatmates:
Elisa (36F) - works as head of HR. Mom to the adorable maltipoo. Vegan and has her own set of kitchenware for that reason. Loves Pilates, cooking, and traveling. You will be sharing the toilet with her!

Jeremy (30M) - he will also be traveling and subletting his room (the en-suite) so you’ll likely have a different flatmate.

We love to keep the place clean and tidy. We typically hire a cleaner once a month £18pp.

Bills are typically £150-£200 depending on electricity, heat and water usage for the month. Likely will be closer to £200 as it will be winter.

This would be a great accommodation for anyone visiting London for the holidays, or even someone moving to London and need a place in the interim while getting settled!
