Double room in Edgware Road (W2)

A spacious and well-connected flat located on Edgware Road, in a fantastic location with excellent transport links. Edgware Road Station is just a 5-minute walk away, while Paddington Station is around 13 minutes on foot. There is also a bus stop just 2 minutes away, making it very easy to get around London.
The flat has spacious rooms, along with one bathroom and an additional washroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, so you’ll have everything you need for comfortable day-to-day living.

The flat will be shared with me. I’m 23, working full-time Monday to Friday, and I’d describe myself as social, clean, friendly and easy-going. I enjoy having a nice, comfortable home while also being respectful of personal space and keeping the place clean and tidy.
I’m putting the room up for rent as my current friend/flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone friendly and responsible to share the flat with. Ideally, I’m looking for someone aged between 20–25 who is clean, respectful and enjoys a friendly home environment.
