Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a four bed flat near marble arch in zone one. Rent is £1223 with bills included. You just pay one weeks worth of rent every four months for the bills. You also pay no deposit you just do first and last month upfront. You will be living with two girls and one guy who tend to keep them themselves, mostly but are open for a chat if you see them in the kitchen.
You will be sharing the bathroom with two other Flat rates as the other room isn’t en suite but you never run into an issue needing it as people tend to be home only so often.
