Short lets: each room @ £200 per week.
Can also be let as a one bed flat: £1,300pcm for 1 person or £1,500pcm for 2.

The rooms are larger than average and come with double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, chair and high speed broadband. Rent excludes gas and electricity bills.

I have my own room with an ensuite and tend to be away quite a lot.
Looking for clean as you go and tidy individuals who will be considerate and respectful of each other’s space. Cleanliness and hygiene are an absolute must.
