There is plenty of space for a double bed and desk, making it ideal for someone who works from home.

THE HOUSE

The house has a spacious shared kitchen with a dining area and access to a garden – perfect for cooking, relaxing and enjoying some outdoor space.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly professionals aged 26–35. We enjoy a clean, calm and welcoming home where everyone respects one another’s privacy and shared spaces.

LOCATION

Approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Edmonton Green Station, with convenient transport links into Central London.

Bush Hill Park, Southbury and Enfield Town are also within easy reach.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate professional who values a clean, tidy and peaceful home. Someone who is respectful of others and enjoys a relaxed household rather than frequent parties or excessive noise.
