The double room w/ en suite in my apartment will be available to rent from 1 August onwards. The second bedroom is rented out long-term by a professional, super friendly, kind, polite and tidy 30 year old woman.

The flat is finished to a high-spec with a very spacious kitchen and living room area which has a lot of natural light, and a large balcony. The building has a 24/7 concierge so all deliveries can be sent to the building and it is very safe with fob access required for various doors, etc. The piece de resistance is of course the roof terrace which shows incredible views of London in every direction. The road is residential and quiet.

You can walk to the City of London in 30 mins; Borough Market in 20 mins; the Shard, London Bridge and Tower Bridge (Tower of London) in 15 mins; and Mercato Metropolitano in 10 mins. Elephant & Castle tube station is an 8 minute walk, and runs on both the Northern and Bakerloo lines. There are two large supermarkets (Tesco and Sainsbury’s) and a Gym Box within a 5 mins walk.

Looking for one person or a couple (£300 extra p/m, i. e. £2,100) who are clean and tidy and who will respect the flat (and its furniture given I own everything in the apartment) and their flatmate. Must be a professional(s), non-smoker and no pets.
