Hello !

A double bedroom master with a built in wardrobe, additional chest of draws a huge bed with under the bed storage and a desk. Available in Elephant and Castle from mid April 2022.

There is 1 bathroom in this 2 bedroom flat, a washer dryer, underfloor heating and a dishwasher fibre optic broadband. The flat also has a balcony and sky television ( and BT sport ).

The development includes a 24 hour concierge for parcels , a basic gym and 2 residents rooms for working from gone and larger events ( outside of corona time’s ).

As for me work in London - working from from home right now . I am a sports fan , who likes a good balance between staying out and staying in . I gym / exercise daily and like a good tv series.

I have a cleaner who attends once every 2 weeks who does a deep clean of the flat and they would also clean your room if you so wished.

The elephant and castle area has lots of new food stores which have opened below including the mecarto metropoliano franchise . It’s minutes from the Thameslink overground and from the tube station.
