I'm very clean and tidy, and am looking for someone like minded with a similar balance between studying and socialising. I am a quiet person so am looking for someone who prefers a chilled flat. I also have a cat that occasionally comes to stay but the flat is otherwise cat-free.
I'd be happy to live with a student or professional, council tax is around £120 per month for professionals.
