Very Central Location - Zone 1 Flat

Hello! I am doing a Masters at UCL and have a 3 bed flat in SE1 Elephant & Castle. The location is very central literally opposite to UAL and close to South Bank, King's, LSE and other Central London Universities. E&C Tube Station is just a 3 min walk from the flat.

I am looking for another student preferably a 3rd year under grad or post grad to share the flat with me and another girl finishing her Masters. The available bedroom is a large Double room with a standard double bed and a built-in wardrobe.

Pls note bills are not included in the rent and also there is NO shared living room. The room will be available from 10th of Oct possibly a little earlier. Happy to do an online chat & viewing and will consider overseas students that don't have a UK guarantor.

The flat belongs to my parents so in a way you will be sharing the place with a live in landlord, which is me, but you can be sure the place will be looked after and everything will work as it should😏.
