1 bedroom with ensuite

The flat is a new build 3 bedroom flat and 2 bathrooms.
I’m renting out the bedroom with the ensuite. The bedroom is 12 square meters, there is a built in wardrobe a double bed and a small desk.
I’m looking for a female student who is quiet, very tidy, clean and respect the furniture around the flat and happy to socialise from time to time. Ideally someone that shares similar interests so we can even become friends! Please do not apply if you are messy and do not like or are afraid of pets because it will not going to work out!

About me
I’m a female professional mostly working from home. I use the 3rd bedroom as my office. I’m a project manager and I’m very organised and punctual. I’m usually quiet and reserved but I like socialising. I’m also very tidy and clean and expect the same from my lodger. I like cooking and experimenting new cuisine (I’m vegetarian), i usually make crèpes at weekends! I’m very active, I do strength training, gymnastics and always go for long walks around London.
I love animals, i currently have 2 cats, a foster cat that I recently adopted and another cat that I adopted from a family who didn’t want her anymore.

About the flat:
The flat is quite spacious and i have got 2 patios on each side of the flat which is very nice in spring and summer time. There are a lot of plants dotted around as I love them

The monthly rent includes a fortnightly cleaner as well
