Lux room for rent during holiday from 12/6 to 16/9

-i have a Double room is for rent from

12/06 to 16/09 👉which is 14 weeks
- £200 a week + £200 deposit ,
1st payment 12/06 : 7 weeks total of £1400
2nd payment 24 /07 : 7 weeks total of £1400

need to be paid 🤝in advance when we ✍️sign the agreement rental contract .📜

- 🏠the flat has only 2 rooms , no living room , dining area in the kitchen and bathroom . ✨The apartment 👌located in the 💗heart of elephant and castle near all london attractions, furnished up to high standerds 🏠, very cosy , warm , central ,

Buss stop next to the house ,
Quite residential area ,
Has easy access to london bridge 🌉, london eye , victoria

- i will provide u my photo ID 🪪 and u need to provide it too .
- contract 📜can be sign online via emails or physical documents up to u .

- u can do check in while am in london or u can send some one to collect the keys for u if u come from a broad , or u can do self check in 🏠if u come after 12/06 ( my flight day)

- ✈️as am traveling from the 12/06 u will be sharing the entire apartment with one more tenant in the other room .

- 🫲check in 12/06 onward after 12 pm
🫱Check out 16/09 before 12pm

- 💰money to be transfer via online banking or cash up to u , and i will give u a receipt signed by me 🧾 ✍️
- 💰deposit will be paid back at the check out day after checking the flat condition for any damages .

no credit checks ,no Reference needed .
