It is a good size room with a view over Elephat&c. Furnished with bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers and clothing rack the rest of the space is yours to furnish if you wish.
You can leave your belongings over the weekend if need.
Elephant & Castle and Kennington are approx 10 min walk.
The flat is bright with great windows over quite streets/park, with wooden floors in bedrooms and living room. It is composed by 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living room.
The rent price does not include bills which work out to around £100* a month depending of consumption. Council Tax Band "B".
You will be sharing with myself; a 36 year old male professional (architect) who loves a mix of gym, swimming travel, gigs, festivals and movies. I’m looking for a friendly, respectful, and above all chilled person to live with.
