It is a good size room furnished with bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers and clothing rack the rest of the space is yours to furnish if you wish.
Elephant & Castle and Kennington stations are approx 10 min walk.
The flat is composed by 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living room. It is bright with great windows over quite streets/park, with wooden floors in bedrooms and living room.
The rent price does not include utilities which work out to around £100 a month depending of consumption. Council Tax Band "B".
You will be sharing with myself; a 36 year old male professional (architect) who loves a mix of gym, swimming, travels, gigs, festivals, movies...
