Stunning views of the city skyline, London Eye and the Shard.

3 minutes walk to Elephant & Castle Tube stations (Bakerloo and Northern lines).
Train station is 5mn walk away.

There is a little kitchen station in your room ( fridge, freezer, microwave) but you may use the main kitchen occasionally.
Fiber optic WiFi.

Very quiet room.

We share the bathroom.

We are a simple French family of 4, two kids (12 and 14).
We don't like problems. Always ready to help if needed but we keep ourselves to ourselves.

We are looking for a female lodger who is not always home, discreet, clean and easy to communicate to and above all respectful.

£800/month + 1 month deposit
all bills included ( but in winter if Bill goes above the average, we might need to charge an extra for the gas and electric).

We are looking only for a single female lodger.
