I have a beautiful house in SE17 , Victorian terrace, the outside may look typical of this style of houses, but inside is all modern, fresh and comfy, available is:

- a lovely double room, on first floor, double aspect windows. The room has a double bed/mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk, office chair, a bedside cabinet. Available from early November 2026.

It is one of three rooms sharing two bathrooms; one on first floor and another one on ground floor which also houses washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a spacious kitchen dinner with lots of cupboard storage, tall fridge and separate tall freezer. Garden is at the back and separate lounge at the front.

Location is near Old Kent Road Tesco Store, there are several lines of buses to central London and surrounding areas (15-20mins journey to Central). I'm looking for professional, friendly, and open minded people to share the house. Cleanliness and considerate of others are important, also non smoking preferred.
