Double room available in a flatshare in Elephant and Castle from mid-March, in a large 20th floor penthouse split-level flat in Zone 1, with incredible views across the city!

The flat is split across 2 floors, and the room is downstairs with the other bedrooms upstairs so there's plenty of space and privacy. The flat also has a large fully furnished lounge (including a projector for watching TV!), and a sizeable kitchen which is well stocked with all the essential cooking/dining utensils, cutlery etc.

The room has its own separate toilet, with a full shower room/bathroom upstairs (shared with one other person (Bano) - the other 2 rooms have en suite bathrooms).

Location-wise, the flat is walking distance from London Bridge, Borough Market and the South Bank, and Elephant & Castle tube and train stations are 5 minutes' walk away, meaning you can be in the city or west end in no time.

For a little bit of info about ourselves - we're 2 men (Phil and Bano) and 1 woman (Niamh). We're all very laid back, sociable people, who really like living together and love living in the area. Workwise, the 3 of us are professionals, with 1 of us (Phil) working from home full time. We all enjoy cooking, doing sports/gym/running, travel, and the numerous cultural activities London has on offer.

There's a large Sainsbury's 4 or 5 minutes walk away for groceries, Mercato Metropolitano food and drinks market is across the road (as is Ministry of Sound for any ravers out there!) and there are loads of great pubs close by.

We share bills which are about £130 a month for water, internet, electricity and council tax (band F).

NB – Spareroom limits the deposit amount based upon the room rent, but because this is a shared tenancy we split the total deposit by 4, meaning the deposit will be £1,743.75 for the room
