🌟✨We have a room available in our lovely three-bed flat in Elephant and Castle. The room is available ASAP so please message to set up viewings as we’d like to get it filled as quickly as possible. We are two professionals working full time but we are open to professionals or students.

The flat is very clean, cozy, and quiet, and both of us like some friendly conversation as well as having our own space and chill nights in watching a movie or cozied up with a good book.

🏠Rent is £875 a month for a bright lovely double room.
💡Bills (wifi, water, gas/electric, and council (band C)) together come to about £110 per person/month

The flat is just under 10 minutes from Elephant and Castle station and less than 15 min from Kennington so both Northern and Bakerloo are within walking distance, plus there are loads of buses connecting to rest of London. There are plenty of shops less than 10min walking distance including big Morrisons and Sainsbury’s as well as Coop and Tesco Express and loads of cute cafes, and restaurants in the area🌟✨
