This is a double sized room in Elephant Park in a New Build block of flats. The building is about 5 years old. It is less than 5 minutes away from Elephant and Castle tube station in zone 1. There is a communal garden that will be accessible to you and Elephant Park is just outside with its array of shops.

The room will come with a single bed with under bed storage, a standing desk, office chair and built in wardrobe. There is 1 shared bathroom which includes a bath and has built in storage behind the mirrors

The flat is very well decorated with designer furniture and best in class cooking appliances, knives, cutlery etc. There is a dishwasher and washer dryer and the TV will come with Apple TV and Disney+ which you are free to use.

I am looking for a professional roommate who will appreciate the flat and will look after it. I am a professional who has lived here for almost 6 years.
