The flat is in a central area with a wealth of pubs, restaurants, gyms and parks in the vicinity. 5 minutes from Elephant & Castle tube station and 7 minutes from Borough tube station. 20 minute walk to London Bridge and 25 minutes to Waterloo.

The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The living room is furnished with sofas and a TV. There is also a balcony. The flat is on the 4th floor. There’s no lift in the building.

You’ll be sharing with two male housemates in their early twenties.

Water and council tax included in rent. Gas, electricity and internet are not included but are estimated to come to around £50 each a month.
