Very Central Location- Zone 1 Flat

Hello! I am doing a Masters at UCL and have a 3 bed flat in SE1 Elephant & Castle. The location is very central literally opposite UAL - LCC campus and close to South Bank, King's, LSE and other Central London Universities. E&C Tube Station is just a 3 min walk from the flat.

Ideally I am looking for another student preferably a 3rd year under grad or post grad to share the flat with me and another girl (22) doing a Masters at UAL. The available bedroom is a large Double room with a standard double bed and a small built-in wardrobe. The building has a concierge which is great for parcel deliveries plus it's very secure with fob entry at main entrance and then at each floor level.

Pls note bills are not included in the rent and also there is NO shared living room. The room will be available from 31st of July. Happy to do in person or online chat & viewing and will consider overseas students that don't have a UK guarantor.

The flat belongs to my parents so in a way you will be sharing the place with a live in landlord, which is me, but you can be sure the place will be looked after and everything will work as it should 😊
