The room comes with double bed and two chest of drawers, storage underneath the bed and huge wardrobe / storage outside the bedroom. The private bathroom is directly across the corridor and comes with sink (with storage), mirror, toilet and bathtub. I am looking for a new tenant to replace my flatmate in the tenancy agreement.

The flat is a two bedroom flat courtyard facing with living area, open plan kitchen, storage area and utility cupboard for the washing machine. The building comes with 24h concierge, covered parking area (permanent available free of charge), cycle parking, gym and swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi.

Elephant & Castle tube station is across the road from the building.

Rent is 1100£/pcm. Bills around 170£ per month (council tax, electricity & wifi).

You’ll be sharing with me: professional in his thirties, working Mon-Fri, lgtbiq+, easy-going and friendly.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and responsible with bills, also respectful with each others privacy. I keep the party and the social events out of the flat as I think be respectful with the flatmate is what makes living together much better, so looking for someone similar.

Available from 1st of October. Dates can be adjusted depending on needs.
