We're looking for 1 person to join our house in Elephant and Castle.

The house is really well looked after and we're looking for someone who will fit in with the relaxed and respectful home atmosphere we have here.

The House

•⁠Rent: £570 per month

•⁠Bills: £160-£170 for everything including superfast internet + everything else. This also includes a professional cleaner who comes fortnightly

•⁠ ⁠On a very quiet street (LTN so there's no through traffic)

•⁠ ⁠Nice, spacious kitchen with modern appliances

•⁠ ⁠Attic space for storage

•⁠ ⁠Large shared living room

•⁠ ⁠Central heating

•⁠ ⁠1 bathroom with a good shower.

CURRENT HOUSEHOLD

•⁠ ⁠Faizan, Pakistani. 28, works in tech sales, loves sports and cinema.

•⁠ ⁠Patrick, Irish, 29, works in healthcare, enjoys going to gym, music.

We love where we live and take good care of it. We're both social, enjoy chatting & movie in the living room. We get along really well and want someone who will fit well.

IDEAL FLATMATE

•⁠ ⁠We're looking for a chilled, respectful person, who we can have a chat & a laugh with but also is happy to do their own thing. Aside from this, we're open minded.

•⁠ ⁠Ideally you wouldn't work from home every day or night shifts.
