Hello!
I have this great double bed room available for a short term let from 4th July to 28th August as I will be travelling during that time.
The room is part of a 3 bed flat, and has a bathroom which is shared with only one other flat mate.
The other 2 flat mates are very chill, easy going, young professionals who work in finance in central london. We value privacy and personal space, and are considerate of each other's daily schedules.
Council tax is included in the rent, but utilities and WiFi is billed separately depending on the usage.
The area is amazing, with a lot of amenities in close proximity. There are 2 Sainsburys within 5 mins of walking distance. There is a Pret close by also, along with a lot of nice restaurants, pubs, gyms, and other shops to explore.
The Elephant and Castle tube station is also a 5 min walk away, with great connectivity across london.
