All inclusive gated devloment double room

Hi there,

I have a double room with a king size double bed available to rent. There is a spacious shared lounge/dining/kitchen area and balcony with great sunsets. It's located in a private block close to Elephant and Castle tube and train stations. There are tonnes of amenities within the area. Very convenient. I have virgin broadband.

I'm chilled gay guy, friendly and sociable but also enjoy and reapect peoples space and own time. I'm not into partying so looking for someone who is looking for a chilled relaxed home. I work shifts which allows for a good balance of having some time in the apartment to ourselves.
