Lovely room in a friendly shared house Zone 1

I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely, spacious four-bedroom terraced house in Elephant & Castle.

The contract is rolling/flexible, and the agency managing the property is genuinely great — responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with, which is honestly quite rare in London.

The house is spread across four floors, with:

* a large living room and dining area
* garden patio
* fully equipped kitchen
* washing machine and dryer
* two bathrooms
* super-fast WiFi
* cleaner every other week

The room itself is bright and airy, with two large wardrobes, a bedside table, and additional storage. Most of the storage space will be freed up for the new tenant.

The other three flatmates are all professional men in their 20s and 30s. It’s a friendly, relaxed, fairly quiet household — not really a party house — but everyone is sociable and enjoys hanging out, chatting, or watching terrible TV together. We would ideally love to find another professional and someone LGBT+ friendly / part of the community who would be a good fit for the house dynamic.

The location is fantastic:

* walking distance to Elephant & Castle station
* close to trains and buses everywhere
* large Sainsbury’s, LIDL, Morrisons, East Street Market
* gyms including Gymbox
* pubs, cafés, nightlife
* Elephant Park just a few minutes away

Move-in date is July 1st.
