The flat is on the same level as a train track (national railways), trains are infrequent so it is usually quiet but when it passes you can hear it (not much when the doors are closed), have had zero issues with anyone before (or even me personally) as you get used to it very quickly and it’s a quirky addition but you should be aware of this!
