Bright Double Room in Quiet Flat – Summer Let (July–September)

A bright and comfortable double bedroom available in a clean, well-maintained flat for a short-term summer let from 1st July to 15th September.

I’ll be away on holiday during this period, so I’m looking for someone to stay and enjoy the space over the summer.

The room is fully furnished and ideal for two female tenants or friends looking for a calm and comfortable place to stay.

The tenant(s) will have full use of the space, offering a private and peaceful living environment throughout the stay.

The property is in a great location — Elephant and Castle station is within 5 minutes, with parks nearby. You can reach Central London in just 15 minutes from the station, making it very convenient for work, study, or exploring the city.
