We are the owners of the flat and keep it very tidy and clean, so we look for people who share those values.

- THE FLAT:

Our cozy, refurbished flat is situated in a nice purpose-built building, on the 4th floor without a lift (you will save on your gym membership as the cardio is included in the flat!). The flat comes furnished including a washing machine, a dishwasher, and all other kitchen appliances. It’s a great two-bedroom flat with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a separate kitchen. Neighbours are relaxed and quiet. You get sun all year round in the living room and main bedroom since they are south facing, and the kitchen has views of the Shard.

- COST:

Cost is £2,500 per month, ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
£2,000 deposit.

Yes, also WiFi and Council tax, and a bi-weekly cleaner. Max occupancy is two people and pets are not allowed.

The flat is well located and there are lots of green spaces around (Nursery Park, Elephant Park & Burgess Park) and plenty of shops, with Walworth High Road and East Street Market just minutes away. It is just 12 minutes walking from Elephant & Castle tube station (Bakerloo & Northern lines) and 25 minutes walking to London Bridge and Waterloo.

You have Sainsbury’s Local and Morrisons only 5 minutes away, Tesco and Lidl just a 10-minute walk, the whole of Walworth High Road with loads of shops and supermarkets, and last but not least, the great East Street Market only 3 minutes walking.
