Short Let : Cozy Double Room in E&C

Hello!

I have a spare double bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat in E&C (part of the Elephant Park development!), which I am looking to rent out on a short term basis. The room is currently empty, so am flexible with the move in date. I’m flexible with duration, but I’d say 2 or 3 months is the ideal period.

My flat is only a 5 minute walk from E&C Thameslink station & E&C tube. The flat features:
- 2 double bedrooms
- 1 shared bathroom
- Decent size and light filled Kitchen/Living Room
- Balcony (which faces the sun, so perfect for summer tanning)
- Dishwasher, Washer Dryer, etc

I have a fully-stocked kitchen, super fast broadband and will arrange for a cleaner to come regularly while you are here. Unfortunately there is no parking available in the building, so you’d need to sort this privately.

The room: A double room in the middle of the flat, furnished with a comfy small double bed, desk, bedside table, and clothes rail.

The location: The flat is only metres away from Elephant Park, so enjoy spending time there and having picnics/beers in the summer. It’s also only a 15-20 minute walk to London Bridge, Borough and Waterloo, so it’s very central.

A bit about me: You’d be living with me, Dan (31). I’m an Aussie, have lived in London for about 8 years. I work in finance (typical). I’m in the office 4 days a week, but typical WFH on Fridays. I’m clean, tidy and considerate. By no means a party animal, but do enjoy a cheeky wine.

The social: The living room is a good size and gets lots of natural light, it’s great for relaxing. There may be times when I have friends over (usually for dinner), but this is by no means a party flat. My boyfriend does come to visit on weekends, but otherwise I keep a low profile during the week.

The rent: The rent would be £1300 all in, which will cover all household bills, including things like toilet paper and cleaning products!
