Hi there!
We have a bright double room available in our flat, just a 5-minute walk from Elephant & Castle station and very close to Elephant Park, with lots of great shops, cafés, restaurants, and gyms nearby. There is also a Sainsbury’s two minutes walk from the flat, as well as other supermarket options available in a 1 mile radius, such as Tesco and Lidl.
About us:
We’re two sisters, Jen 32, and Jas 27, we enjoy salsa dancing, watching TV (still not over off campus!!) and having a relaxed home environment. Jasmine is an architect and Jennifer is a product manager. We’re sociable but also enjoy our own space and like to keep the flat clean and comfortable.
The room:
• £1100 per month
• Bills are approximately £100 per month
• Available for move-in June 1st but can be flexible for an earlier move in.
• Room for a desk.
