📍 Location:
Very convenient location — around 20 minutes by bus to central London, with bus stops right downstairs. Close to both the Northern Line and Bakerloo Line. Nearby supermarkets include Sainsbury’s and two Chinese supermarkets. Elephant Park is also downstairs, with a large lawn perfect for picnics, sunbathing, or walking dogs.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒 Flatmates:
You will be sharing with one girl and one boy, both Chinese. They are usually out during the day and are very quiet and respectful.

The tenant will need to be responsible for end-of-tenancy cleaning. Please only contact me if you are willing to clean carefully. Details can be discussed further.
